PAYMENT

Payments for walking or sitting services are paid in full at the time of booking or on our first day of service. 

We accept Visa/MasterCard, check or cash. 

CANCELLATIONS

24-hour notice required.  Cancellations made after 7 A.M. on the day of a scheduled service or series of services are non refundable. You can leave a voice message at the office prior to 7 A.M. the day of the visit.  All remaining paid services will be given a credit and can be used for further services.

HOLIDAY PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's must be paid in full at booking. Cancellations two weeks prior to first visit are 50% refundable for entire schedule and will be given a credit that can be used for future services. Cancellations one week prior to first visit are 25% refundable for entire schedule and will be given a credit that can be used for future services. Cancellations less than one weeks notice is non-refundable.

HOLIDAY CHARGE

Holiday charges will be time and a half per visit for the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day,Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

LATE NIGHT OR EARLY MORNING VISITS

Visits made between the hours of 9:00 pm and 7:00 am are subject to an additional $5 per visit.

SAME DAY SERVICE REQUESTS

All services booked within 24 hours may be subject to a $10 service charge. If less than 3 hours a $20 service charge may apply.

KEY COPIES

We keep a copy of two (2) working keys (if only one is available, you can give the sitter $5 to make a copy for the office.  This enables us to get to your pet in the unlikely event your main sitter is unable to arrive on time.  Key drop off/pick up charge of one visit.

When you sign up with Hillary's Hounds you will meet your own personal pet sitter. You will always have the same sitter unless they are on vacation or booked.
